As an industry standard, Insurance Words And Their Meanings has been continuously updated and modernized for more than 50 years. The goal since its origin in 1954 is to provide insurance personnel with a resource to increase their proficiency and professionalism.
The changes added to this edition involve additional terms related to a variety of topics, including risk management, insurance-related laws, insurance groups and associations, and insurance designation acronyms. We have also added several new supplemental glossaries.
